Springtime elegance came to life at Adam and Jason’s gorgeous wedding at the Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC. Every detail of their celebration was steeped in thoughtful design, with the floral arrangements adding to the overall ambiance. From the rotunda in the Paris Ballroom to the intimate reception, every floral piece was curated to reflect their modern and sophisticated vision.
The ceremony at the Hotel Monaco took place under a stunning chuppah, constructed from four simple yet elegant gold-painted poles, supporting a white silk dupioni canopy. The floral accents were kept asymmetrical and minimalist, featuring Italian ruscus, white tulips, and spring spirea, all perfect complements for the season! The result? A fresh, organic, and chic setup that allowed the beauty of the venue to shine through.
For the grooms, their boutonnières were designed to be masculine yet refined, each featuring a single white cymbidium orchid. Adam’s sister, the sole attendant, carried a delicate posy of white tulips, tying into the overall floral palette with elegance and simplicity.
At the reception, which also took place in the Paris Ballroom at the Hotel Monaco, following a room flip, the florals took center stage with a modern and clean design. Tall gold Harlow stands anchored the room, each topped with an organic, lush mix of greenery. Lemon leaf, eucalyptus, and viburnum added texture and vibrancy to these clean and architectural stands. Half of the tables featured the towering arrangements, while the others held chic, low centerpieces in gold cube vases. Each of tables with low centerpieces showcased modern and mono-botanic designs, a different spring bloom featured at each table.. From white roses to white sweet peas, each arrangement was minimalist yet impactful, adding fresh elegance to every corner.
The Hotel Monaco provided the perfect backdrop for Adam and Jason’s wedding, and the lush greenery and white blooms made the celebration nothing short of breathtaking.
