This past July, we had the absolute pleasure of bringing Katherine and Johnathan’s floral dreams to life at their joyous and elegant wedding at the stunning St. Francis Hall. From the very beginning, they described their St. Francis Hall Washington DC wedding vision with three simple words: joyous, organic, and elegant, and every flower we selected was carefully chosen to bring those feelings to life. The design was all about lush, wildflower-inspired arrangements in rich, summery hues that felt both timeless and playful, perfectly matching the energy of their love-filled day. Classic white and navy, perfect for any season but especially a winter wedding. This beautiful wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel, Washington DC featured a gorgeous chuppah created with curly willow branches and hundreds of blush pink dendrobium orchids. Betsy’s bouquet and Julian’s boutonniere were designed with classic calla lilies for an elegant and timeless touch.

She was also very understanding and flexible when we ended up having a discrepancy in the table count just a couple days before the wedding. Her creations were absolutely beautiful and very unique and creative, and the rest of her team was excellent during set up and break down. I had the best experience working with Petal`s Edge and can`t recommend them enough!”

Sometimes a concept sweeps us off our feet. A French Rococo, Marie Antoinette-inspired wedding, alive with pinks, gilded accents, delicate feathers and lush draping - was one of those visions.
We imagined opulence balanced with romance, every detail a love letter to history and beauty. We poured our hearts into the design… but it wasn’t meant to be.
