A Classic DC Love Story

A fun couple with an obvious passion for life, Morgan and Brian met in classic DC love story fashion, as our Hungry Lobbyist blogger and FamousDC editor explored the potential for collaboration. Simple, yet striking, florals characterized their gorgeous outdoor wedding at the Woodrow Wilson House.

The wedding included traditional and modern elements, including a Catholic mass at Immaculate Conception Church and an open-air reception at the Woodrow Wilson House in Embassy Row. Simple orchids were centered on the table while twinkle lights lit up the garden as the classic DC love story wedding reception descended into night.

Doris and Sokhar’s wedding at the Conrad Washington DC under the falling flowers installation was the perfect ceremony setup. We designed the asymmetrical arch with lots of babys breath, touches of lavender roses for a pop of color and delicate accents of pampas grass to add a whimsical⁣

The chill in the air has us yearning for a tropical escape! 🌴 Of course it made us reminisce of the time we created a funky, tropical design for @tsgalexandria’s Volume 9 launch party. We brought in tropical palm fronds, painted them vibrant colors, flowered this cute car, creat⁣ed
a towering pineapple, made life-size flamingos and designed lots of beautiful rattan-wrapped centerpieces for the tables. We love expanding our creativity and brainstorming colorful and unique floral designs.⁣

MOODY ROMANCE ✨ Daryn & Kelsey’s wedding last weekend was the definition of moody romance. A room glowing in candlelight, black linens setting the stage for elevated greenery hedges kissed 💋 with baby’s breath and dreamy hanging glass globes cradling flickering votives. Black and deep plum tapers paired with glass chimneys added a touch of drama, while the sweetheart table gave our couple the place of honor, accented with lush greenery and flowers in soft mauve and blush.

Forget snowflakes and pine cones… when a holiday party calls for a tropical escape, we deliver! ✨ 💃🏻

We brought a “Holiday in Havana” vibe to @dirtyhabitdc with a dramatic ceiling installation of tropical leaves and rattan lanterns, adorable ornamental pineapples in cocktail centerpieces, bougainvillea and smilax foliage flourishing on wrought iron, and spectacular designs of colocasia foliage at the bar.
