Preppy Top of the Town Wedding
Top of the Town, in Arlington, VA, boasts sweeping views of the city including the National Mall and our monuments. The only thing more spectacular than the sweeping sidelines of Washington, DC at Angelika and Sean’s preppy Top of the Town wedding was the flowers! The pink and navy wedding covered every must have check list from tall centerpieces to gold floating candles and a beautiful skyline cake. Angelika’s elegant bridal bouquet perfectly complemented her fitted wedding dress. The bouquet featured white and light pink peonies, light pink astilbe, and hot pink mini-calla lilies finished with touches of camellia foliage. Her bridesmaids carried complementary bouquets of white anemone, roses in whites and shades of pink, and light pink astilbe accented with camellia foliage. Sean’s classic groom’s boutonniere combined a perfect white rose with light pink astilbe and camellia foliage.
Ceremony with a View
Flanking the couple’s rooftop preppy Top of the Town wedding ceremony area were two lush, rounded arrangements of light pink and white hydrangea, light pink stock, roses in shades of white, light pink, and hot pink, light pink lisianthus, and light pink astilbe, accented with lemon leaf foliage. Small bouquets of white stock, pink roses and spray roses, and lemon leaf foliage finished with navy ribbon accented the aisle side chairs.
Modern Reception
For the preppy Top of the Town wedding reception, we produced two striking centerpiece designs. A tall gold Harlow stand topped with rounded designs of hydrangea, stock, roses, lisianthus, astilbe and lemon leaf foliage in shades of pink brought drama to the ballroom. The base of the centerpieces were surrounded with a collection of glass enclosed pillar candles of varying heights and gold floating candles in stemmed containers. For the remaining centerpieces, mirror strip vases were filled with a lush, textured design of white hydrangea, white anemone, light pink stock, roses and spray roses in varying shades of pink, light pink astilbe and light pink lisianthus, accented with lemon leaf foliage.
Angelika and Sean’s pretty Top of the Town wedding was a such an unforgettable beautiful celebration. We wish you all the best for a lifetime of happiness together!
