Perry Belmont House Wedding

Perry Belmont House Wedding

Wedding couple

Natacha and Chris celebrated their special day with an opulent wedding at the prestigious Perry Belmont House. Sometimes referred to as the International Order of the Eastern Star, the Beaux-Arts style building is one of several organizations affiliated with Freemasonry. Designed by French architect Ernst-Paul Sanson and built between 1907 to 1909, the house takes the form of a free-standing pavilion in the French Style. The trapezoidal plot is named for Perry Belmont, who served as a United States Congressman from New York and later as ambassador to Spain. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for a lavish affair adorned with decorative opulence, featuring rich gold, cream, berry tones, and evergreen elements. Mesmerizing floral details brought an extra touch of magic to Natacha and Chris’ unforgettable day.

Exquisite Floral Entrance

If it’s one thing we love, it’s a staircase entrance. Guests were welcomed to the reception with a warm and enchanting atmosphere at the entrance. Two gold etagere greeted guests in the front foyer, each laden with flutes of champagne. A lush design of smilax and lanterns accented the staircase, an apt prelude to the stunning floral display that awaited them inside.

A Luxurious Haven

The venue was transformed into a luxurious lounge. A gold bar cart, attended by a knowledgeable bartender, offered whiskey and bourbon tastings. The vintage typewriter in this room served as an interactive guest book, allowing guests to leave heartfelt notes for the couple.

A Feast for the Senses

Scattered throughout the dining rooms, a mixture of seating tables created an intimate and visually stunning dining experience. Tall cocktail tables were cinched with corded tassel ties in berry or golden tones, paying homage to the opulence of the venue. Low round tables featured chiavari chairs and textured linens, setting the stage for an elegant meal. Half of the tables were adorned with fairie light centerpieces in golden geometric terrarium. The remaining tables showcased gold compote arrangements filled with lush mix of blooms in rich berry tones, including dahlia, roses, spray roses, stock, and scabiosa, elegantly finished with seasonal foliage. These arrangements created a captivating and enchanting ambiance that will be remembered by guests for years to come. The floral arrangements stole the show, adding a touch of grandeur and beauty to every corner of the wedding.

Natacha and Chris’ Perry Belmont House wedding was a captivating display of opulence and floral beauty. The venue’s rich history and grandeur provided the perfect backdrop for their lavish celebration. The meticulous attention to detail, from the stunning entrance to the enchanting floral arrangements, created a truly magical atmosphere. We wish Natasha and Chris a lifetime of happiness, rivaled only by the beauty of their wedding day.

A rooftop celebration that proves timeless can still be bold. For Elaine & Trey’s wedding at Capitol View at 400, we leaned into classic green and white, but elevated it with sculptural greenery installations, gold Harlow stands, and skyline views that stretched for miles. A ceiling of foliage softened the tented space, while sleek black bridesmaid dresses added contrast and edge. Clean, refined, and impossibly romantic.

It’s Bike to Work Day — and while we usually pedal toward petals, we couldn’t resist sharing this creative twist from Elle & Bryan, one of our couples who wheeled their love of cycling straight into the ceremony. 🚲✨

Elle & Bryan’s wedding at Dumbarton House was full of charm, personal touches, and one especially fun nod to their love of cycling. Bicycle wheels became sculptural backdrops, proving that when it comes to personal touches, there’s no such thing as too niche.

Designing florals around unexpected objects? That’s our lane. And yes — it was all uphill in the best possible way.
