Organic Woodend Wedding

We’ve clearly had green and white on our mind in May, as this week we’re sharing another gorgeous wedding with this soft, natural color palette! Juliana and Will’s organic Woodend wedding, at a venue we adore, was a celebration filled with love! For Juliana, we created a very special and classic bouquet of mixed foliage – including seeded eucalyptus, olive leaf, camelia and boxwood – as well as ivory garden roses, white freesia, and Queen Anne’s lace, bound in ivory double-faced satin ribbon. Her bridesmaids carried coordinating bouquets of the same mixed foliage, accented with white lisiathus, white freesia, and Queen Anne’s lace and wrapped in royal blue satin ribbon.

The happy couple greeted their wedding guests with a gorgeous welcome sign, draped with seeded eucalyptus and camelia foliage accented with spray roses. What a great first impression! A chuppah is always a beautiful and sentimental setting for a couple’s “I do’s,” and Juliana’s and Will’s certainly fit the bill! Befitting the organic Woodend wedding style, we created a lush, asymmetrical design that used four simple and elegant bamboo poles to support a canopy of natural white silk dupioni. On the top left, we attached a bountiful cornerpiece of seeded eucalyptus, olive leaf, camelia, boxwood and smilax, with spray roses, lisianthus, garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace tucked in. We then finished the look with a complementary arrangement of the same greenery and blooms on the bottom right to balance the design.

For Juliana’s and Will’s organic Woodend wedding reception, we kept the tablescapes elegant and organic, with centerpieces composed of three pieces. A geometric terrarium held a mix of succulents and greens, while a simple bud vase displayed stems of white flowers featured throughout the wedding and a glass-enclosed ivory pillar candle added a warm glow. Of course, no wedding would be complete without the cake! Juliana’s and Will’s cake was graced with festive white wedding blooms and greenery accents on the top and around the tiers.

We wish Juliana and Will a wonderful life together, and are so grateful to have been part of their gorgeous wedding!

Scenes from holiday pasts and present. While December tends to be a low volume time for weddings, we love the range of things we have gotten to do, from inviting the community into our studio for wreath workshops to helping businesses and hotels decorate with garland, trees and more for the holidays. Do you have a favorite way to decorate?

We will be closing soon for a much needed holiday break. See you in the new year!

MOODY ROMANCE ✨ Daryn & Kelsey’s wedding last weekend was the definition of moody romance. A room glowing in candlelight, black linens setting the stage for elevated greenery hedges kissed 💋 with baby’s breath and dreamy hanging glass globes cradling flickering votives. Black and deep plum tapers paired with glass chimneys added a touch of drama, while the sweetheart table gave our couple the place of honor, accented with lush greenery and flowers in soft mauve and blush.

Every detail felt like it was straight out of a modern fairytale. 🖤 🤍 ✨ What’s your favorite part of this stunning set up?
