We absolutely love color! Give us all the deep reds, the colorful corals, the rich oranges and we are in heaven. Pair it with some texture, and we are simply giddy! So you can imagine how much we adored Lesley and Mark’s colorful fall Meadowlark wedding. Rescheduled from the spring thanks to Covid, with small tweaks to the color palette, it was just as beautiful as originally planned.
Lesley’s bouquet was a riot of color, featuring a sumptuous mix of garden roses, dahlia, ranunculus, scabiosa and astilbe in rich reds, peaches and oranges, accented with lots of texture – scabiosa pods, nandina foliage, eucalyptus and parvifolia. Each of the bridesmaids’ and junior bridesmaids’ bouquets picked up on the palette – a rich mix perfect for a colorful fall Meadowlark wedding. Mark’s boutonniere was designed using a perfect red ranunculus blossom accented with astilbe.
Overlooking the vast gardens, ceremonies at Meadowlark don’t often need a lot of adornment. Providing the perfect complement to their colorful fall Meadowlark wedding were two sets of pedestals of graduated heights featuring birch bark containers filled with wedding flowers in shades of red, coral, peach and orange accented with lush greens.
For the reception, centerpieces featured a pop of color. Dahlia, stock, garden roses and spray roses, ranunculus and astilbe were paired with a rich mix of eucalyptus foliages in birch bark containers for a stunning turn at a colorful fall Meadowlark wedding. Flowers were further accented with gold mercury glass votives. And as a finishing touch, check out the adorable cake!
It was such a pleasure to work with Lesley and Mark! We wish them many years of marital bliss. Judging from the photos, we foresee many years of laughter and glee.
