Classic Carnegie Institute wedding
Julie and Charles’ classic Carnegie Institute wedding was so vibrant and fresh, with a luminous white color palette and bursts of beautiful blue! Julie’s elegant, French hand-tied bouquet featured white peonies, ivory garden roses, white ranunculus, white tulips, and white freesia, accented with light blue delphinium and finished with touches of lemon leaf foliage. We loved how soft and lush it looked against her timelessly gorgeous gown! Her bridesmaids carried bouquets of ivory Vendela roses, white ranunculus, white tulips, and white lisianthus, accented with lemon leaf foliage and wrapped with steel blue satin ribbon. For the men, we created boutonnieres that perfectly complemented the other wedding blooms. For Charles, we designed a groom’s boutonniere with an ivory rose, accented with light blue delphinium and lemon leaf foliage. The remaining boutonnieres consisted of an ivory rose with lemon leaf foliage, wrapped in black satin ribbon.
Ceremony in the Rotunda
Serving as a focal point for Julie and Charles’ classic Carnegie Institute wedding ceremony were two striking altar arrangements displayed in silver eared urns. The lush, rounded arrangements featured light blue hydrangea, white stock, ivory roses and spray roses, white tulips, white lisianthus, and light blue delphinium, with lemon leaf foliage added for texture. As a special touch for the mothers, we created small posies with soft silhouettes and inviting textures, combining ivory roses accented with lemon leaf.
Modern Elegance with a Classic Twist
At the classic Carnegie Institute reception, the escort card table held a silver cube vase filled with a richly textured design of white hydrangea, white stock, ivory roses and spray roses, white tulips, and white freesia accented with lemon leaf foliage. The design for the couples’ guest tables expressed a modern elegance with a classic twist. Each of the tables were anchored by a silver cube vase, containing a lush, textured design of white hydrangea, white stock, ivory roses and spray roses, white tulips, and white freesia accented with lemon leaf foliage.
This wedding was a breathtaking addition to our portfolio this year, and we appreciate Julie and Charles for including us as part of their special day!
