Westin Georgetown Hotel wedding reception

Planning a wedding can be a straightforward process, but sometimes there are unique challenges to overcome. When Alice reached out to us from Korea last June in search of a florist for her Westin Georgetown Hotel wedding, we knew we had to find a way to make the distance and time difference work. Despite the hurdles, we were determined to make the process as seamless as possible.

Through email correspondence, we meticulously developed a floral design scheme, fine-tuning every detail to perfection. Surprisingly, we never met in person, as we believe in letting you enjoy your special day without worrying about the florist. Our focus is on creating the perfect atmosphere for you, your friends, and family.

The vision for Alice and Erick’s romantic Westin Georgetown Hotel wedding was a dreamy affair featuring an array of pink hues, abundant peonies, and vibrant greens for a striking contrast. The bridal bouquet was a stunning composition of pink peonies, hot pink roses, and green cymbidium orchids. To complement the bridesmaids’ bright fuchsia dresses, we incorporated delicate white orchids and roses.

The ceremony took place in the enchanting enclosed outdoor courtyard, with the Mayfair Court providing a picturesque backdrop. Tall glass vases held submerged hydrangea stems in various shades of pink, adding a modern touch to the setting. In the ballroom, we created a dynamic mix of low centerpiece designs, providing visual interest. One design featured mirrored cube vases filled with an assortment of green hydrangea, echiveria, and gypsy trick dianthus and roses, while the remaining tables showcased glass cylinder vases of varying heights nestled in a lush bed of pink and green blooms.

The pièce de résistance was the ombre cake, adorned with a medley of hot pink and green flowers, strategically placed on each tier. It was a truly magical day at the Westin Georgetown Hotel, and though we never met in person, the beauty of the event speaks for itself in the stunning photographs we captured.

Love in full bloom - rain and all ☔️ ✨

Tamari & Zach embraced the romance of a rainy day ceremony at the historic Tudor Place, saying “I do” beneath clear umbrellas. Then they celebrated in the cozy, intimate setting of the Tabard Inn - with a warm floral palette of corals and oranges, the dreamiest Cafe au Lait dahlias, and proof that a little rain only adds to the magic.

G is for greenery 🌿, L is for lush ✨… you get the idea!

When it comes to statement-making florals, a well-placed garland can do it all—elevate long tables, frame a ceremony aisle, or even drape around a fountain for that effortlessly chic look. Who said greenery was just filler? 💅

Industrial spaces have a beauty of their own, but the right floral design can take them from warehouse to urban garden. 🌿✨

For Laura & Michael’s Dock 5 wedding, we played with scale—tall magnolia branches to emphasize the height, lush florals to soften the space, and candlelight to add warmth. The result? An urban oasis that felt both grand and intimate.

1️⃣Go Big with Greenery – Tall magnolia branches brought height and movement to Laura & Michael’s Dock 5 wedding

2️⃣ Mix Textures – Lush, low floral arrangements softened the industrial edges while keeping the space dynamic

3️⃣ Layer Candlelight – Warm glows + metal details = a romantic urban oasis

4️⃣ Frame Key Spaces – A floral garland on the head table grounded the design and added intimacy. Trees flanking the table took it to the next level

5️⃣ Contrast is Key – Pairing the raw, industrial elements with soft florals and organic details created the perfect balance
