Timeless Josephine Butler Parks Center Wedding

Wedding party in timeless purples at Josephine Butler Parks Center

We love designing weddings at Josephine Butler Parks Center so much, we just had to show off a second one this month! Bridget and Keith celebrated their nuptials with a timeless Josephine Butler Parks Center wedding, incorporating the softest and most beautiful color palette of whites, ivories, delicate lavender and pale pink. For Bridget, we gathered ivory garden roses, lavender Ocean Song roses, ivory spray roses, lavender stock, gardenias, Picasso calla lilies, white lisianthus and sage green seeded eucalyptus into an elegant, French hand-tied bouquet in a lush, loose style. Her bridesmaids carried similar bouquets in ivory and white tones, which sparkled against their lavender gowns. For Keith, we created a stunning and simple boutonniere from an ivory rose accented with artful loops of bear grass, and his groomsmen wore lavender rose boutonnieres in a complementary style.

One of the most gorgeous features of the Josephine Butler Parks Center is its fireplaces, and for Bridget’s and Keith’s ceremony, we created a mantle consisting of a long, low arrangement of white hydrangea, lavender roses, ivory spray roses, white and lavender larkspur, lavender stock and white lisianthus.

When guests transitioned into the reception, they were seated at tables that featured one of two separate but complementary centerpiece designs. Some tables were adorned with white hydrangea, lavender roses, ivory spray roses, white and lavender larkspur, lavender stock and white lisianthus arranged in a gold ceramic square vase. Other tables showcased the bridesmaids’ bouquets displayed in gold-painted glass vases. Bridget’s bridal bouquet served as decor for the sweetheart table, and for the head table, we provided simple glass bud vases filled with many of the same flowers found throughout the wedding, accented by ivory pillar candles. Delicate garden roses and a few stems of seeded eucalpytus provided the perfect accoutrement for the couple’s sweet wedding cake.

Bridget and Keith are a wonderful couple – after a timeless Josephine Butler Parks Center wedding, we wish them a lifetime of happiness in their marriage and we were very thankful to help them celebrate!

Scenes from holiday pasts and present. While December tends to be a low volume time for weddings, we love the range of things we have gotten to do, from inviting the community into our studio for wreath workshops to helping businesses and hotels decorate with garland, trees and more for the holidays. Do you have a favorite way to decorate?

We will be closing soon for a much needed holiday break. See you in the new year!

MOODY ROMANCE ✨ Daryn & Kelsey’s wedding last weekend was the definition of moody romance. A room glowing in candlelight, black linens setting the stage for elevated greenery hedges kissed 💋 with baby’s breath and dreamy hanging glass globes cradling flickering votives. Black and deep plum tapers paired with glass chimneys added a touch of drama, while the sweetheart table gave our couple the place of honor, accented with lush greenery and flowers in soft mauve and blush.

Every detail felt like it was straight out of a modern fairytale. 🖤 🤍 ✨ What’s your favorite part of this stunning set up?
