When Belle & Karl reimagined their wedding plans (from a celebration in Haiti to a minimalist DC wedding), they knew they wanted to keep it simple and meaningful. Our florals followed suit: clean, organic arrangements with lush foliage and natural texture that framed the day without overwhelming it. Modern, elegant, and tailored just for them.
Rain made a surprise appearance, but nothing could dampen the joy. And when the rara street band made its entrance? The party truly began.
We love when couples bring their full selves to their day—including their culture, their spontaneity, and their love story.

When your florals burst like fireworks - just in time for the Fourth 🎆
At DC’s always-iconic Hotel Monaco, this red, white, and blue design hit the sweet spot between classic and cool. We kept it gently asymmetrical to add dimension and drama, with just enough visual spark to turn heads.
Bonus points if you spotted the table numbers featuring DC landmarks... because details always matter. 💥🇺🇸🌹

Sleek, elegant, and intentionally understated, the ceremony in the Colonnade Room at the Fairmont Hotel let Angelica & Ricky take center stage beneath a classic bamboo chuppah draped in orchids and hydrangea. Letting the florals whisper elegance rather than shout, we kept things minimal and modern.
Angelica`s sculptural Biedermeier bouquet of callas, roses, and stock set the tone for the monochromatic magic to come. And once the reception doors opened and guests entered the Grand Ballroom? Drama fully activated. Cascading white phalaenopsis orchids, glowing candlelight, and modern tablescapes transformed the space into a luxe all-white dream.
Proof that restraint in one room can set the stage for serious impact in the next. ✨

When Clara & John shared their vision of adding just a touch of blue to their wedding at DAR, we took that spark and ran with it. Instead of reaching for blue flowers, we leaned into chinoiserie, weaving in patterned porcelain vessels to add depth, interest, and that perfect pop of blue. It’s what we love most: taking your ideas and elevating them into something layered, unexpected, and completely yours.
P.S. Did you know there`s a cabinet at DAR that holds a collection of blue transferware dishes and container? Look for it the next time you`re there!

For Lara & Owen`s ceremony, we collaborated with @modernfoliage and @voileandveil to create a truly immersive and unforgettable moment filled with lush draping a greenery, symphony of plants and, of course, florals. It’s always such a joy to transform this iconic space, and we’re thrilled to be returning to NMWA this weekend for another gorgeous celebration. Double duty, done beautifully.
For Claire & Sean’s wedding at the Dockmaster’s Building, we created a floral garland for their ceremony arch. Eleegant, lush, and just dramatic enough to hold its own against the waterfront backdrop.
But we weren’t done yet. That same garland made a second appearance, repurposed to trail down the length of their head table. Thoughtful, sustainable, and completely gorgeous. Because we believe a good floral moment deserves an encore.
