Something about fall brings out the bohemian in all of us. Flowers in our hair. Running through a meadow. Flower girls huddled together like they’re plotting a little fairy magic. 🍂
And then there’s the ceremony: a deconstructed arch with feathery pampas grass, full of movement and just the right amount of wild.
We love a wedding that feels as free-spirited as the couple at the center of it, and Natalie & Lawrence`s one has us wanting to kick off our shoes and run right along with them.

The vines had crept up the columns and into the chandeliers by the time the bride arrived in black… 🐦⬛
Black is a bold look for a wedding, and when it’s the bride’s dress, that alone deserves another look! We’ve been saving Lauren and Alan’s Hotel Monaco wedding for spooky season, and you can see why. Between the antique keys, the open books and that magnificent black cake, we were happily lost in the gothic romance and dark academia vibe. Crawling vines only add to the mystery.
Orange and burgundy flowers brought an autumn glow to the whole setting, with curling fiddleheads and little Chinese lanterns giving Lauren’s bouquet a slightly peculiar, woodland feel.

Anything better than classic vibes? ✨
My favorite moment? Transferring the aisle garland studded with white blooms to the urn alcove for a dramatic moment in the tent.

Our very own Bree got married!!! 💜 Bree is the daughter of a college friend’s best friend (follow that? 😂), and she worked with me for a few years at Petal’s Edge. So when it came time for her wedding, this one was personal.
Bree has always loved all things French. But the wedding wasn’t in France; it was at Green Mountain Farm in North Carolina. So French château gave way to French country: lavender and rosemary, rattan and terracotta, and loose, airy flowers in soft lavender and cream. A little rustic, a little elegant, and just right for the setting. And so Bree! (In fact, she may not have realized it, but the hues of terra cotta picked up on the red in her hair 😉)
When I sent her the proposal, Bree wrote back: “I’m actually crying. It’s so beautiful. It’s everything I wanted it to be.”
We love you, Bree! And we loved being part of your day!!! 💕

The fountain garden at Woodlawn + Pope Leighey House is one of our favorite spots on earth, and cocktail hour here just hits differently. 🤍 Urn arrangements, cocktail table florals, a custom seating area, string lights, an escort card wall... the details are what transform a beautiful space into a full experience. Because details make the difference — always. ✨🌿

A palette pulled straight from a glass of bourbon. 🥃
Sculptural calla lilies, trailing amaranthus, grapes and peaches. Modern, organic, a little decadent, and just a little moody.
Designed for Basil Hayden, and proof that sometimes the most interesting thing you can put in a floral arrangement isn’t a flower.
We loved working with @basilhayden to bring this together.
