Rustic elegance at St. Francis Hall

We recently had the privilege of designing a St. Francis Hall wedding for Allie and Bud that blended rustic elegance with classic charm. The result was nothing short of magical.

Allie’s bridal bouquet was a testament to refined taste, featuring soft neutrals complemented by sage greens. A romantic ensemble of white peonies, Quicksand and Juliet garden roses, and ivory spray roses were accented with delicate white tweedia and eucalyptus foliage for a touch of whimsy. The muted tones were a canvas for a love story in full bloom, wrapped in ivory double-faced satin ribbon.

Dramatic arrangements on pedestals framed the ceremony area with style. Each held a dramatic white urn with a lofty design of baby blue, silver dollar, and seeded eucalyptus accented with peach stock, Quicksand roses, ivory spray roses, and white larkspur added layers of elegance. The rustic touch of white spirea branches lent an earthy charm, perfectly complementing the venue’s romanesque architecture. Lining the aisle, a lush smilax treatment was interwoven with clusters of glass-enclosed pillar candles to cast a warm and inviting glow.

The reception was testament to the power of flowers to weave a romantic story. Round tables featured gold Harlow stands with lush, expressive designs with three varieties of eucalyptus, peach stock, Quicksand roses, ivory spray roses, white larkspur and white spirea branches. Our favorite gold Lita compotes held rich designs of white hydrangea, peach stock, Juliet garden roses, Quicksand roses and ivory spray roses complemented with eucalyptus. For the long tables, garland of salal and seeded eucalyptus extended gracefully, punctuated with gold julep cups filled with a curated selection of roses finished with parvifolia and seeded eucalyptus foliage. Completing the look, white glass-enclosed pillar candles of varying heights bathed the tables in a soft, romantic light. The effect was to create an environment of rustic elegance at St. Francis Hall.

Thank you to Allie and Bud for trusting us with your vision for a perfect wedding day. May many years of happiness together fill your future.

Love in full bloom - rain and all ☔️ ✨

Tamari & Zach embraced the romance of a rainy day ceremony at the historic Tudor Place, saying “I do” beneath clear umbrellas. Then they celebrated in the cozy, intimate setting of the Tabard Inn - with a warm floral palette of corals and oranges, the dreamiest Cafe au Lait dahlias, and proof that a little rain only adds to the magic.

G is for greenery 🌿, L is for lush ✨… you get the idea!

When it comes to statement-making florals, a well-placed garland can do it all—elevate long tables, frame a ceremony aisle, or even drape around a fountain for that effortlessly chic look. Who said greenery was just filler? 💅

Industrial spaces have a beauty of their own, but the right floral design can take them from warehouse to urban garden. 🌿✨

For Laura & Michael’s Dock 5 wedding, we played with scale—tall magnolia branches to emphasize the height, lush florals to soften the space, and candlelight to add warmth. The result? An urban oasis that felt both grand and intimate.

1️⃣Go Big with Greenery – Tall magnolia branches brought height and movement to Laura & Michael’s Dock 5 wedding

2️⃣ Mix Textures – Lush, low floral arrangements softened the industrial edges while keeping the space dynamic

3️⃣ Layer Candlelight – Warm glows + metal details = a romantic urban oasis

4️⃣ Frame Key Spaces – A floral garland on the head table grounded the design and added intimacy. Trees flanking the table took it to the next level

5️⃣ Contrast is Key – Pairing the raw, industrial elements with soft florals and organic details created the perfect balance
