Romantic Union Station Wedding

Romantic Union Station Wedding

A mirrored table top conveys Art Deco wedding opulence

Hold onto your seats because we have one STUNNING romantic Union Station wedding to share with you! One of our favorite events of last fall, Abby and Dan’s wedding was the epitome of gorgeous. Soft peaches and blush pinks laid over silver grays and whites – romantic colors enough to make you swoon.

The romantic Union Station wedding ceremony took place beneath a modern lucite chuppah. The decor was simple – just a bank of branches tucked with blush pink dendrobium orchids to echo the feel of cherry blossom branches.

The romantic Union Station wedding reception was where the true wow factor happened. With a mix of three table designs, the expansive hall was full of visual interest. Long mirror-topped tables featured a runner of flowers in peaches and pinks interspersed with gracefully draping white phalaenopsis orchids in delicate glass vases and taper candles in contemporary glass candlesticks.

For the square tables, three tall glass rectangle vases of varying heights held monochromatic arrangements of gladiola in a shade of pink or peach. And finally, silver and gold cube and silver vases held monochromatic designs in white and peach.

A rooftop celebration that proves timeless can still be bold. For Elaine & Trey’s wedding at Capitol View at 400, we leaned into classic green and white, but elevated it with sculptural greenery installations, gold Harlow stands, and skyline views that stretched for miles. A ceiling of foliage softened the tented space, while sleek black bridesmaid dresses added contrast and edge. Clean, refined, and impossibly romantic.

It’s Bike to Work Day — and while we usually pedal toward petals, we couldn’t resist sharing this creative twist from Elle & Bryan, one of our couples who wheeled their love of cycling straight into the ceremony. 🚲✨

Elle & Bryan’s wedding at Dumbarton House was full of charm, personal touches, and one especially fun nod to their love of cycling. Bicycle wheels became sculptural backdrops, proving that when it comes to personal touches, there’s no such thing as too niche.

Designing florals around unexpected objects? That’s our lane. And yes — it was all uphill in the best possible way.
