Nationals Park Wedding

Nats Park wedding portrait with bridal party

From clubhouse cocktails to a ceremony on the diamond to partying with the Presidents, a Nationals Park wedding is sure to be one your guests will never forget. You may not realize it, but Nationals Park is a year-round event venue, offering private experiences both during the season while the team is on the road and throughout the off-season.

Heather and Jeff gave their guests a memorable wedding experience by opting for Nationals Park as their wedding venue. The day began with a first look in the club seating area. Heather’s bouquet featured flowers in National’s red – Black Magic and Red Intuition roses, red spray roses, red tulips, red ranunculus and red anemone. Jeff wore a matching boutonniere of red ranunculus. The entire wedding party, clad in navy blue, got to stand on the dugout for their photo op.

The ceremony took place in the diamond club area, with guests offered a choice of pennant flags, pom pops and concessions. A simple greenery garland on the railing marked the ceremony, finished with red and blue ribbons.

Greeting guests for the reception was a unique collection of carnation pomander balls, the central one crafted to look like a baseball, complete with red kangaroo paw to form the stitching. Following the reception, guests were treated to batting practice! Dessert was a cake made of cheese – complete with flower topper, and the night wrapped up with a surprise visit from the four original Racing Presidents.

Industrial spaces have a beauty of their own, but the right floral design can take them from warehouse to urban garden. 🌿✨

For Laura & Michael’s Dock 5 wedding, we played with scale—tall magnolia branches to emphasize the height, lush florals to soften the space, and candlelight to add warmth. The result? An urban oasis that felt both grand and intimate.

1️⃣Go Big with Greenery – Tall magnolia branches brought height and movement to Laura & Michael’s Dock 5 wedding

2️⃣ Mix Textures – Lush, low floral arrangements softened the industrial edges while keeping the space dynamic

3️⃣ Layer Candlelight – Warm glows + metal details = a romantic urban oasis

4️⃣ Frame Key Spaces – A floral garland on the head table grounded the design and added intimacy. Trees flanking the table took it to the next level

5️⃣ Contrast is Key – Pairing the raw, industrial elements with soft florals and organic details created the perfect balance

Not all green and white floral palettes are created equal. This one here will NEVER go out of style and is truly as timeless as they come! Magnolia, eucalyptus, rosemary, and delicate touches of white… Add velvet linens and gold touches, and we’re smitten... 😍
