Elegant Meridian House Wedding

Kate and Sam’s classic and elegant Meridian House wedding featured a palette of cream and ivory tones punctuated with touches of coral and yellow. Swoon! Kate’s bouquet featured peonies, garden roses, lisianthus, tulips and stock with touches of succulents and eucalyptus. It was at once a spring yet vintage vibe. The buttery yellow hues continued in the bridesmaid bouquets.

The ceremony in the loggia was the epitome of an elegant Meridian House wedding, with two large urns positioned on the pedestals. The seating for dinner was intimate, with long tables holding petite designed in stemmed vases interspersed with floating candles.

Oh how we love a room shot…

Don’t get us wrong! Give us all the delicious little flower close-ups. We want to see every ruffly petal and perfect place setting.

But then BACK UP!

Because this is the moment we’ve been thinking about all along. How do those centerpieces fill the room? Where does your eye go first? Do the tall pieces actually feel tall beneath a 20-foot ceiling?

Does the whole thing have rhythm?

Seeing all of those individual pieces finally come together into one beautiful room never, ever gets old.

Twenty-plus years in and we still get a little giddy about it.
