Dried flowers, once a musty sort of thing, have come a long way with vibrant colors and better preservation techniques, resulting in trending floral designs that add long-lasting to arrangements. Appropriate to fall, the color palette was an inspired blend of classic white with hints of rust.
Dried flowers took center stage for Ashley and Brett’s romantic celebration at the Hotel Monaco, adding a unique and textural element to the floral arrangements. Ashley’s bridal bouquet was a stunning composition of delicate white roses, anemones, and artichokes, accented with palm spears and pampas grass and wisps of rust colored bunny tails. The escort card table greeted guests upon their arrival at the Paris Ballroom with an organic, asymmetrical design of dried bracken fern, bleached ruscus, and pampas grass, accented with hydrangeas, roses, and wax flowers in soft hues. It’s a stunning display that sets the tone for the festivities to come. In the ballroom, mercury glass lanterns were set along the aisle, interspersed with white pumpkins. It was the perfect and elevated approach to fall.
When it comes to centerpieces, the options are equally enchanting. Half the tables featured white pumpkins topped with a mix of dried wedding flowers and fresh cut blooms, black-centered anemone drawing the eye and creating a captivating focal point with just a hint of rustic charm. The other centerpiece featured a mercury glass lantern accompanied by petite brown bottle vases filled with dried blooms, adding a touch of whimsy to the tablescape. The effect was elegance that complemented the Hotel Monaco‘s ballroom with an eclectic touch.
