The Hill & Valley Forum, held in the Presidential Room and the East Hall of Union Station in the heart of the city, was just such an occasion—combining high-level dialogue with elegant design.
For this impactful gathering, we provided flowers for the tables, along with bar arrangements and a signature welcome piece that enhanced the space. Bowing to the more masculine, modern feel of the event, we opted for clean lines and blooms in shades of orange, tan, and burgundy. Gold harlow stands held designs of antique green hydrangea, peach stock, salmon cremon, Black Magic, Coffee Break and Toffee roses, burgundy spray roses accented with deep green magnolia foliage and wisps of copper pistache foliage. Bar designs drew from this palette for designs appropriate to their placement. Our team focused on creating floral centerpieces that felt fresh, intentional, and polished—perfect for the tone of the event.
Union Station, with its sweeping architecture and iconic history, called for a design that respected the grandeur of the space while supporting the event’s modern mission. We leaned into sleek vessels, rich textures, and strategic repetition to define the aesthetic across the venue.
