Blush Vintage Wedding at St. Mary’s Basilica

Kianna and Sean were married on a lovely summer day in August. The nuptials took place at at St. Mary’s Basilica here in Old Town Alexandria. The only thing more blushing than the bride were her flowers! The blush vintage wedding was filled with beautiful, vintage details. We incorporated the most stunning white and pale pink garden roses into Kianna’s bouquet, along with touches of Queen Anne’s lace and eucalyptus, the perfect complement to her lace wedding gown. Her bridesmaids carried petite bouquets of pink and white roses accented with eucalyptus. The groom and groomsmen wore handsome boutonnieres of classic roses in white or pink accented with eucalyptus.

Hannah & Mike chose a cheery, springtime palette full of lilac, lavender, and honey tones for their celebration at the Hotel Monaco. We had so much fun playing with all that texture and color! 🌸✨ From the spiral taper candles to the ribbed chimney sleeves, every detail helped strike that just-right balance between casual garden party and elevated dinner vibe. And to soften the space even more, we added fresh greenery to the stately columns for that signature Petal’s Edge touch!⁣
